To be known as a “Fixer?” Not bad, really.
Yes. I’ve been able to navigate some sticky situations … usually it’s only money at stake. Sometimes however pride is on the line — personalities and relationships are at risk. To me those are more valuable.
Everyone has bridges. Hopefully only a few required burning. Even in those circumstances professional respect is possible.
