I’ve never, ever heard of a company charging to access customer service.

In this case, their system had failed to bill a new Credit Card. My wife paid $5 to speak with Direct TV Customer Service to fix their problem.

The BEST PART! The call was disconnected upon being transferred to an agent!

LOL, LOL …

Direct TV you’re so fired.
